§ 1. Service provider

This website is operated by MONETIO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Jagiellońska 5/1, 40-032 Katowice, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001085439 (District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division), NIP 954-286-64-85, REGON 527620683, share capital PLN 5,000.00. § 2. Scope of services

These terms are issued under Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. On this website we provide, free of charge, information about Monetio, information about crypto-asset regulation and crypto price quotes from third parties (CoinGecko, Binance, and the National Bank of Poland for currency rates).

Monetio does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of Article 3(1)(16) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA): it does not hold crypto-assets, operate a trading platform, exchange crypto-assets, receive or transmit orders, or give advice. Content on this website is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, a recommendation or investment advice.

§ 3. Partner service

If a crypto purchase window is made available on this website, the service is provided by the crypto-asset service provider named in it, authorised under MiCA, under its own terms, concluded directly with the user. Complaints about transactions are handled by that provider.

§ 4. Technical requirements

To use the website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. Users may not supply unlawful content.

§ 5. Crypto prices

Prices refresh automatically and are for information only. They may be delayed or temporarily unavailable and may differ from the price of an actual transaction. Crypto-assets are high-risk investments.

§ 6. Complaints

Complaints about the website can be sent to [email protected] or by post to our registered office. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

§ 7. Final provisions

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. These terms may change; changes take effect when the new version is published on the website. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
